Aiden

"Hey, I’m Aiden! I grew up right here in Longmont and have always had a deep passion for fitness and self-improvement. I attended Grand Canyon University, where I received my Bachelor’s in Biology with an Emphasis in Education, and I am currently wrapping up my Master’s in Biology.

As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), I coached throughout college at Results Only Fitness, training groups and individuals ranging from ages 8 to 80. I also student-taught at Longmont High School, where I served as the track strength coach and throwers coach. Today, I teach Biology at Frederick High School and help train clients for Inspire Physical Therapy. I am so excited to officially be a part of the amazing NOCO family!"
